Angela joined forces with Data Matters UK in 2010 because, as she says: “I’m really a team player – if the team’s good enough. Finally, I found one that was!”
Previously, she ran her own successful data analysis consultancy, The Insight House, with major clients including:
- EMI. Projects included development and delivery of UK music market attitudes segmentation; development of a segment-based eCRM strategy, and implementation plan and content outline for their major catalogue artist re-launch investment and activity.
- Virgin Management. Undertook first-ever group customer data analysis, determining customer profile, value and potential; carried out regular data and insight analysis; undertook the development, delivery and ongoing support of their customer insight business model.
- RBSi. Developed a Retention Fact Base and Implementation Plan for home and motor policies.
- Acxiom: Designed and implemented a data and insight auditing process to diagnose and find solutions across the discipline.
Prior to setting up her own consultancy, Angela has held senor marketing positions including Head of Customer Centricity for Airmiles, Commercial Segment Director for Orange UK, Senior Marketing Manager/ Customer Marketing, at British Gas, Head of Customer Marketing at Barclays Business Bank, and Head of Customer and Product Management at PPP Healthcare.
Her background gives her unrivalled experience in the design and implementation of all through-the-line strategic marketing - and practical experience of the benefits to be derived from data-driven marketing.
