There are many potential pitfalls when designing a questionnaire
for your customers or employees. Unfortunately many of these
are not identified until the campaign has been run and you
are left with data that doesn't really tell you what you want
to know.
This simple but effective project consisted of reviewing
a questionnaire that was to be used to identify employees'
views on company performance.
By making amendments to the wording of questions, responses
available, the ordering of questions etc. the final questionnaire
was able to be used to gain clear valid insights, and with
greater response rates than otherwise would have been likely.
